Refund policy
- For standard return/exchange items please visit our RETURNS/EXCHANGES PORTAL to begin your return/exchange. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order to begin.
- *All SPECIAL ORDER and CLEARANCE sale items are final unless they arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item please contact us with your order number and picture of the damaged item at: returns@rogersbaitshop.com.
- Only items purchased from www.rogersbaitshop.com can be returned, exchanged within 14 days of purchase date. If you originally purchased a Roger's Bait Shop product from one of our retailer locations please return/exchange it there. Our retailers also will not return/exchange items purchased directly from www.rogersbaitshop.com.
- Unworn and Unwashed items may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
- Once we receive the returned/exchange items we will either refund an non-damaged returned item or ship your desired exchange items.
